A DEATH
HAS OCCURRED
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Troy J. Harding, a beloved son, brother, father, and friend. Born on February 29, 1976, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Troy lived a life full of passion, adventure, and love. He peacefully departed this world on October 12, 2023, leaving behind cherished memories and a void in the hearts of all who knew him.
Troy will forever be remembered for his zest for life and his love of the outdoors. Whether it was fishing, hiking, or swimming, he found solace and joy in nature’s embrace. With a creative flair in the kitchen, Troy delighted in the art of cooking, bringing his innovative touch to every dish. As a chef in the restaurant industry, he skillfully created flavors and textures, leaving patrons with a lasting culinary experience.
Troy’s greatest joy and source of pride was his son, Patryk Joseph Harding. They shared a close bond. From visiting the zoo, exploring parks, to enjoying the vibrant colors of pumpkin patches, they created countless cherished memories. Troy’s enthusiasm for life extended to his extended family, as he relished spending time with his nieces and nephews, showering them with laughter and love.
An avid sports enthusiast, Troy had a deep passion for his beloved Cincinnati Bengals, Reds, and Ohio State. He was known to be an unwavering supporter, cheering on his teams through the highs and lows of each season. Additionally, he had a special fondness for movies.
Although gone too soon, Troy’s spirit will forever be cherished by his parents, Linda and Rodney Harding, his son, Patryk Joseph Harding, his siblings, Craig (Lexie) Harding, and Angela (Anthony) Jaspers. His nephews, Chase, Ashton, and Dalton. His nieces, Cate, Remi, and Harper. As well as a dear friend, Nichole. His memory will be kept alive through the stories, laughter, and love shared amongst his surviving family members.

“Troy I wish we could have had the chance to go snag us a couple more big ole fat bass out at Big Creek! I will never be able to bait a bluegill without thinking of you brother. I know you will be able to sit at your favorite fishing hole without ever running out of bait for eternity! Allyson and I will miss you more than words can express my friend. I hope and pray that Patryk grows up strong and wise and has the same giant heart you did. I will see you again someday and i expect you to have us a hot spot ready and waiting! Prayers to your family.”
