Vera M. Widmer was born on May 20, 1928 to parents, Fred & Minnie Radel. Vera passed away on April 14, 2026 at the age of 97 years. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, the late Ralph W. Widmer. Vera is the mother of Judy Widmer, Christine (Hal) Schwettman, & the late Jane (Jerry) Schrott and grandmother of Jennifer (Brian), Christopher (Molly), Jerry Jr. (Emily), & Kathleen (Ben). Also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. Vera attended Mt. Airy United Methodist Church for many years. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 21st from 11 AM until time of the Funeral Service at 12 Noon at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy, OH 45231. Interment will immediately follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
