HAS OCCURRED
Willow Jeanne Vicary, born January 21, 1936, in Cranesville, Pennsylvania, beloved wife of Charles Curtze Vicary, passed peacefully on September 20th in Cincinnati, Ohio, surrounded by her loving family. Formerly of Erie, Pennsylvania, and Carefree, Arizona, Willow and Chuck relocated to Cincinnati a few years ago.
After leading a successful real estate career in Erie, she and her husband of 50 years retired to Carefree where they enjoyed a full life of golf, skiing, and travel as a couple and with friends.
She is survived by her honey, Charles Curtze Vicary; her children Erin Rodgers of Dallas, TX; Randi (Douglas) Bert of Gulf Breeze, FL; Patrick Rodgers of Fairview, PA; Shannon (Colin) Weber of Pittsburgh, PA; her stepchildren Chip (Diana) Vicary of Pinehurst, NC; Scott (Caitlin) Vicary of Silver Spring, MD; and Lauren Vicary of Washington, DC. Willow cherished time with her grandchildren, Riley and Griffin Pfenniger; Alyssa (Paul) Hayes and Cameron Spaeder; Rachel (Tim) Moran, Travis (Amanda) Bert, and Aliza Bert; Murphy Rodgers; Quinn (Abby), Cayleigh, and Colin Kielbasa, and Jack Weber; Challie Vicary; Callum and Fiona Vicary; and great grandchildren Finn and Charleigh Hayes; Keagan Learish; Evelyn Willow Kielbasa; Olivia, Aubrey, and Luke Moran; and Rory Bert.
Her beautiful blue eyes, lovely smile, and gentle demeanor will be missed by all.
A celebration of Willow’s life will be held in Erie, Pennsylvania, at a later date. Contributions in her name are welcome at Giving Voice Foundation of Cincinnati.
