Patricia Dixon (nee Duncan) passed away on September 26th 2025, at age 78, born April 26th, 1947, she has been reunited her husband Donald L. Dixon and her daughter Melissa Ann Widener (nee Dixon), she was the daughter of the late Arlene Chitwood and Willard Duncan, she was also reunited with her siblings Timothy Chitwood, Kimberly Cooper (nee Chitwood), and Shonda Chitwood. Devoted Mother to Bryan and Thomas Dixon, loving grandmother to Donny (Melanie) Widener, Stephanie Widener, Jessica (Jonathan) Bailey, Jordan (Idiana) Dixon, Dustin Tooley, and Georgia Dixon. Amazing GG to 13 great grandchildren. Survived by four brothers and sisters, Shirel (Penny) Duncan, Carol (Sherman) Hartley, Diane (Rodney) Burke, and Tommy Chitwood. 

Pat had a deep passion for golf with two hole-in-ones. She was also known as “golfin PD” as her licensed plate read and enjoyed watching the golfers from her balcony. Pat also spent her early years as a bowler and had a perfect 300, of which she was so proud. Above all, she was a devoted family woman who will be deeply missed by all lucky enough to have known her.

A visitation in her honor will take place on Monday, October 6th from 11:00am until Time of Remembrance at 1:30pm at Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home, 5527 Cheviot Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45247. Burial will follow at 2:30pm at Arlington Memorial Gardens, 2155 Compton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 (please meet at the Family Gathering Space).
