“I taught with Chester at Finneytown High School for many years. He was a devoted teacher and good citizen of the faculty community, serving as negotiations chairperson of the Finneytown Education Association several times. He made a lasting positive impression on his students and colleagues. I’m sad to learn of his passing.”

“I offer my deepest sympathy and condolences to the family, and my prayers for Chester, a dear friend and companion on many occasions, Masonic and otherwise. He and his dear wife Bobbie were of great meaning to my life and they both are sorely missed. I also pray for the family that they may heal from this loss and understand that he is with Bobbie again and in the hands of our Lord and Saviour.”
