William Allen Phillips, 84, of Bethel, passed away on April 9, 2026. William was born July, 1, 1941, in Bethel, Ohio, to the late Lowell and Irma Phillips.  

William was the loving husband of Pat Phillips (nee Allen). Beloved father of Anthony Phillips (Jannel), and Missy Douglas (Tom). Grandfather of Lauren Douglas, Lainey Douglas, and Patrick Phillips. Brother of Sherry Armstrong, and Diana Andrews (Lee). Uncle of Chuck Armstrong (Mary), Justin Carmical (Bill), and Jason Carmical (Cissy).  Great-Uncle of Sarah, Phillip, and Ian. A memorial gathering will take place Sunday, April 12, 2026, from 2:00 PM until time of memorial service at 4:00 PM.
