Norma Jean Miller, 81, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 9, 2026, at Mt. Healthy Christian Village. She was born on April 14, 1945, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late Ralph and Mildred (Turner) Love.
Norma Jean was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend. She was blessed with a large tight- knit family and treasured the time she spent with those she loved. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were especially dear to her and always brought a smile to her face.
Norma Jean had a love for music, traveling, shopping & also had a special place in her heart for her families’ pets.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Ronald E. Miller; her sons, Mark Kelso (Linda Sullivan) and Daniel Kelso (Rebecca); step-son, Mike Miller (Shelly); and step-daughter, Tammy Miller (Butch). She leaves behind eight grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. Jordan Miller (James Schaffer), parents of Avery, Kasey, and Camryn; Nathan Kelso (Amanda Mix), parents of Charlee and Frankie; Austin Miller (McKenzie), parents of Leia, Oaklyn, Grayson, and Asher; Eryn Campbell (Cody), parents of Cayden, Cayleigh, Cora, and Cleo; Nolan Miller (Lauren Miller); Connor Kelso (Jeanell Kresin), parents of Camilla and Olivia; Charles Miller (Abby), parents of Iris and Olivia; and Alexandra Miller.
She is also survived by her nieces, Sharon Messerschmidt (Rick) and Michelle Brown (Tyler), along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
In addition to her parents, Norma Jean was preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Ripley.
Norma Jeans love & legacy will live on through the generations of family she cherished so dearly.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5:00–7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, with Pastor Tyler Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
