Weekend Activities
Memorial Day officially became a national holiday in 1971, though it was celebrated as early as the 1860s following the Civil War. Our Nation lives because of the final sacrifice that our servicemen and women paid. Join us in commemorating and honoring those who died while serving our country and remember the true meaning of Memorial Day.
Friday, May 26:
- 1000 Flag Display from 9 am to 10 pm – NIGHTTIME PHOTO OPPORTUNITY

- Noon: Team Fastrax Skydiving Team Lands in Field of Memories Area
- 12:30 PM: Flag Raising Ceremony with American Legion Post 513
