Barbara D. Stockhoff

Barbara D. (Hagen) Stockhoff, 88 years old, of Cincinnati, Ohio, peacefully passed away Monday, November 13, 2023, at her home in Cincinnati. Born and raised in Cincinnati, and retired as Snowbird in North Ft. Myers, Florida.

She graduated from Hughes High School where she met her high school sweetheart, Thomas H. Stockhoff. Barbara and Thomas were married for 68 years. Barbara had a passion for travel, driving cross-country in the RV, and producing live entertainment events in her retirement years, all of which were done with her devoted husband by her side. She had a robust social life, maintaining friendships for over 60 years. She was the PTA president, taught Bible school classes, and was known for her homemade pies.

She is preceded in death by daughter Deborah (Stockhoff) Renaker, son-in-law Albert Cox, brother William Hagen, and parents Charles and Margaret Hagen.

She will be deeply missed by her husband, Thomas H., and her children Vicki (David) Welsh, Jennie Cox, Thomas A. (Donna) Stockhoff, Sr.; Six grandchildren, Julie Galbraith, David (Cindy) Welsh, Jeana Cox, Ali (Timothy) Hughett, Tiffany (Philip) Schulman, Thomas A. Stockhoff, Jr.; Eleven great-grandchildren, Michael, Averi, and Conner Galbraith; Grant McHargue and Liberty Hughett; Alexis, Philip, William, and James Schulman; Braxtyn and Karsyn Stockhoff.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Kylee Moore for assisting with Barbara’s care.

Services will be held at The Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Saturday, November 25, 2023. Visitation will be held at 9:30 AM with services following at 10:30 AM. Burial at The Arlington Memorial Gardens Cemetery at 11:30 AM. Once on the property, follow the blue line to the funeral home.

After the service, Lunch will be held at Arlington Community Center and Reception Room on property.
