It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce the passing of Beverly Ann Shelton, who departed this life on March 11, 2026, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Bev was cherished by family, friends, and all who knew her kindness, generosity, and unwavering spirit. Throughout her life, Bev touched many with her compassion and dedication, leaving behind a legacy of love and memories that will be treasured always.
Bev was born in Cincinnati, Ohio in the year 1945, to Galvin and Rosalie Baumer, and spent her childhood in Colerain Township. She attended Colerain High School, married the love of her life, and raised her two sons, in the same community she grew up in.
Bev is preceded in death by her parents Galvin and Rosalie, and her husband of 47 years William Edis Shelton, as well as many other cherished family members.
Bev is survived by her sons Jay (Michelle) and Brad (Catherine),her grandchildren Kathleen (Jeff), Keith (Andrew), Mathew, Tyler, Robert (Kaylee), Alex (Jess), Kevin, Katelyn (Clyde), Samantha, Hunter, and her great grandchildren Colin, Kayli, Lucas, Haisley, William Edis, Creed, Emerson, Wesley, Presley, and Raeann, who will continue to honor Bev’s memory by living with the same grace and warmth.
A memorial celebrating Bev’s life will be held at the Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 2155 Compton Road, 45231 (follow the blue line upon entering the memorial park) on Friday, March 27th, 2026, with visitation from 12:30p to 2:00p where loved ones will gather to share stories and pay tribute, with a service after. Bev will be deeply missed, but the impact she made will endure for generations.
