Charles H. Rumping

With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we mourn the passing of Charles Rumping, a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Charles peacefully departed from this world on the 2nd of November, 2023, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Born on November 30, 1935, Charles lived a life filled with passion and purpose. His indomitable spirit and kind heart touched the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know him. Charles embraced every situation with grace and determination, leaving an everlasting imprint on the hearts of his loved ones.

Charles was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Amanda “Jackleen” Rumping, who stood by his side through thick and thin. Their unwavering love and commitment served as an inspiration to all who witnessed their deep connection. Together, they carved out a life filled with love, joy, and cherished memories.

As a father, Charles leaves behind a legacy of love and guidance. His children, Mary Emerson, Anna Harrison, Ronald Rumping, and Gary Rumping, hold dearly to the lessons he imparted and the unconditional support he provided throughout their lives. Charles was not only a patriarch but a friend, always ready with a listening ear and wise advice.

Among his surviving relatives, Charles is fondly remembered by sister, Mary Prows. The bonds of siblinghood were unbreakable, and their shared memories will forever hold a special place in their hearts.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Clara Rumping, siblings Emma, Joseph, Johanna Robert, Frank, Thelma, and Lucielle. He joins his wife Amanda and his son Charles Jr.
