Dennis Goins

APRIL 15, 1944 – MAY 28, 2024

Dennis Goins

Dennis Robert Goins, a devoted family man, passed away at the age of 80 on May 28, 2024. Born in Cincinnati, OH on April 15, 1944, Dennis is remembered for his unwavering commitment to his family and his passion for sports and leisure activities.

Dennis graduated from Norwood High School in 1962. He went on to work as a Machinist at the Sheffer Corporation, before his retirement in 2006. An avid supporter of his family, Dennis could often be found cheering on his granddaughters, Savannah and Shelby, at their various sporting events, never missing a game.

With a love for racing and the thrill of the casino, Dennis found joy in the simple pleasures of life- taking his dogs on walks, feeding the birds, and playing with his newest pet, Hi Kitty.

Dennis is survived by his beloved spouse Betty Goins, their daughter Cynthia (Tim) Bronson, grandchildren, Savannah Goins and Shelby Krimmer, and brothers Daniel, Donald, and David. Dennis leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and commitment to family.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ruth Goins.

Memorial contributions in honor of Dennis can be made to an animal rescue of one’s choice.
