A DEATH
HAS OCCURRED
Diana Lee Grindle, a cherished wife, nurturing mother, and loving grandmother, passed away on November 22, 2023. Born on April 7, 1942, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Diana’s life was a testament to love, strength, and unwavering affection.
A woman of grace and kindness, Diana’s warm heart touched the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her love for her family was immeasurable, and she took great pride in her role as a devoted wife to her late husband, a caring mother, and a cherished grandmother to her beloved grandson, Taylor Grindle.
Diana’s nurturing spirit extended beyond her immediate family. She was a pillar of support in her community, always lending a helping hand, a comforting shoulder to lean on, and a listening ear. Her selflessness knew no bounds, and she approached life with a genuine desire to touch hearts and make a difference. She was so grateful to have a friend & family member Linda Lipps during her later years in life. She looked at Linda as another daughter and owes a lot of her happiness to the moments they shared together.
In her free time, Diana found solace in nature, often escaping to the serenity of camping. She enjoyed the moments she spent camping with friends and family at Delaware campground. Her second family she would call it, brought her so much joy and happiness throughout the years. Her love for nature was a reminder of the intricate simplicity and the resilience found in every living thing.
As we mourn the loss of Diana, we find peace in knowing her legacy will continue to inspire and guide us. Her memory will forever live on in our hearts, reminding us to embrace beauty in every moment and to savor the precious bonds we share.
A memorial service to honor Diana’s life will be held at Arlington Memorial Gardens Lakeside Chapel (2145 Compton Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45231 – Follow RED line on cemetery grounds) on Saturday December 2, 2023, at 11:00 AM offering an opportunity for family, friends, and loved ones to gather and celebrate her journey. Her final resting place will be at 2145 Compton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45231, where she will be laid to eternal rest.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Diana’s name to an animal shelter close to your heart. Together, let us honor her memory by spreading love and kindness, two virtues she lived by every day.
Diana’s departure leaves a void that will be deeply felt, but her profound impact will resonate for generations to come. May her soul find eternal peace, and may we find solace in the beautiful memories we hold dear.
With heavy hearts and gratitude for the time we shared, we say our final goodbye to our beloved Diana Lee Grindle.
