Dorothy Meeks, age 86, passed away at her residence in Fairfield on March 7, 2023.  She was born November 13, 1936, the daughter of Louis and Anna (Anderson) Jones.  She married Richard Meeks and they were together for 55 years until his passing in 2020.  Dorothy worked for many years as a supervisor for Clippard Fine Industry and loved to do crafts in her free time.  She is survived by her son, Troy (Donna Jo) Meeks; three grandchildren, Makayla, Cody, and Natasha Meeks; 4 siblings, Doug, Denney, and Joe Jones and Margaret Hedge; and many other loving relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her husband; her brothers, Troy, Ed, and Butch Jones; her sisters, Alva Shoppe, Doris Jones, and Alma Jones. 

Visitation will be Friday, March 10, from 10AM until time of funeral service at 11AM at Charles C. Young Funeral Home, 4032 Hamilton Cleves Road, Ross, OH 45014 with burial to follow in Arlington Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Wesleyan Church in Colerain Township, 3308 Springdale Road, Cincinnati, OH 45251.
