Frances “Elaine” Wissman, 81, passed away on March 5, 2023. Loving daughter of the late Roscoe and Ona Dalton. Beloved wife of the late Ronald T. Wissman.  Dear mother of Frank Wissman, Ronald J. Wissman, and Vaya Wissman-Shrader.  Dear sister of James Dalton, Ray Dalton, and Iona (Dalton) Florea. Grandmother of Justin “Joey” Hicks, Christina Hicks, Michael Hicks, Jami Shrader, Alicia Shrader, Amber Wissman (Josh Jessie) and Logan Wissman; GiGi of Madison, Mason and Kaden Oaks; Peyton Ballou; Kaylee and Khloe Smith; Bella, Donnie, Eli McKee; Kourtney and Lilly Hicks; Myhles and Rivyr Jessie.
