Frank J. Kandil age 73 of Cincinnati passed away peacefully on Thursday February 22, 2024. He was born on May 21, 1950 in Cincinnati the son of the late Norman and Vivian (nee Colbertson) Kandil. Frank was a veteran of the United States Navy. He worked in law enforcement for many years. He was the first patrolman on horseback for Winton Woods Police Dept and he was a Sergeant with Colerain Township Police Dept. He is survived by five children Tina Kandil, Frank (April) Kandil, Jordan (Sarah) Kandil, Mary (Chris) Pack, and Sam Kandil; five grandchildren Chris, Xavior, Isabella, Gabriel, and Illyana; two siblings Ray (Pam) Kandil and Lana (Bob) Varney. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family, and close friends. Frank was also preceded in death by two siblings Norman Kandil and Debbie Carter. Visitation will be on Monday February 26, 2024 at Arlington Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel from 11:00AM until the time of the funeral at 11:30AM. THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME is serving the family.
