“When laid off from Convergys, Fred called and said he could use someone like me at Quest. A month later, I called and said “Someone exactly like me is available… me”. I’ve now been there 15 years. He gave my family a turtle that my girls named FlipperBubble (Flip for short), gave me my 1st set of used golf clubs & taught me how to golf… esp. about the important Mulligan! 🙂 He gave me my most used work quote: “What problem are we trying to solve?” He shared many farm stories, college stories, & quotes from Seinfield & Clint Eastwood. I remember setting up his ringtone to the theme from the Bourne Identity since he liked it so much. 🙂 Fred had a big impact on my life as a friend and mentor. I’m so sad that we lost him too soon but I know he will live on in memories and quotes.”
