(nee O’Flaherty), previously Buttelwerth, beloved wife of the late Clayton Lockwood. Loving mother of Beverle (Ken) Rosemeyer, Harry J. (late Denise) Buttelwerth, Marcia Buttelwerth and Joseph D. Buttelwerth; Greg, Tom, the late Mark Lockwood and Diane Kreimer. Grandmother of 19. Great grandmother of numerous great grandchildren. Sister of the late Pat (Jack) Reincke and Audrey (Dick) Hamm. Dear friend of Kristin Sweeney and Jennifer Ngo. Gail passed on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at age 88.

Visitation will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes, 2832 Rosebud Drive, 45211 on Saturday September 30, 2023 from 9:30 AM until Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM. Donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati. Condolences at hodappfuneralhome.com
