Maliyah Iyannah Link

july 15, 2021 – june 3, 2025

Maliyah Iyannah Link

Maliyah Iyannah Link, age 3, left this world unexpectedly on June 3rd, 2025. She was born on July 15, 2021 in New Jersey to Joi Trotman and Kasim Link.

Maliyah was a bright and vivacious young girl. She was often found dancing through life. Her signature outfit she wore everywhere was a tutu along with two puffs in her hair. Maliyah is described by those who knew her best as free spirited and full of love, especially for her family whom she loved endlessly. She loved to laugh and always brought those around her smiles. Maliyah was also a big fan of the cartoon television show ‘Bluey’, which she watched with her siblings.

Maliyah is survived by her mother, Joi Trotman, father, Kasim Link, her loving siblings whom she was raised with, her aunties, Kai Trotman and Tashawna Lyle, loving cousin Raylen-skai Polk, and godmom, Monaca Sanon.

All are welcome to celebrate Maliyah’s beautiful life on Saturday, June 21st, 2025 with visitation at 10:00am at the Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 2155 Compton Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231 (Follow the BLUE Line). A funeral service will take place at 11:00am at the funeral home.

Though we only had her for a short time, she will forever be remembered by those who loved her.

“I may not have had the opportunity to meet you in person and as your aunt I was surely looking for the day my brother would get the opportunity to bring you and your sisters to meet me and your granddad. But apparently God had other plans. I pray God’s strength to the parents, family, and those who knew Maliyah.”
