Mallory Cook

Mallory Renee Cook, a beloved member of the Cincinnati community, passed away on June 19, 2024. Born on May 12, 1988, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Mallory was a passionate soul with a love for volleyball, soccer, and softball. She found joy in reading tarot cards, expressing her musical talents as a singer, and immersing herself in the worlds of Star Wars and Marvel.

Mallory’s dedication to her family was unwavering, evident in the love she shared with her children, Makenzi Turner, Malaki Turner, and Hayden Mason; best friend and father of her children, Kenneth Turner; father, Tim (Valarie) Cook; sisters, Megan Cook, Miranda Lohmiller, and Marissa Johnson; brother, Tim Cook Jr.; grandparents, Charles and Joyce Johnson; uncle, Jeffery Johnson; aunt, Hope Frost; cousin, Andrea Halcomb; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Sandra Johnson; son, Mathias Turner; grandparents Raymond and Gloria Cook; and cousin, Joshua Johnson.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 11:45am-12:45pm at the Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 2155 Compton Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231 (FOLLOW THE BLUE LINE). A memorial service will follow visitation at 12:45pm. Inurnment will take place after the memorial service at 2:00pm at Crown Hill Memorial Park, 11825 Pippin Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231.

Memorial contributions in honor of Mallory can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at https://www.stjude.org, the ASPCA at https://www.secure.aspca.org, or to Shriners Hospital for Children at https://www.shrinerschildren.org.
