SHEETS, Marvin “Marv” L. Jr. Beloved husband of Peggy (nee Fasold) Sheets for nearly 54 years. Devoted father of Peggy (Casey) Ryan, Gwen (Jerry) Wustrack, Kimberly Sheets and Marvin “Marty” (Rachel) Sheets. Dear grandfather of Keegan and Conner Wustrack and Ally and Maddi Sheets. Son of the late Marvin Sr. and Francis Sheets. Brother of the late George Sheets, Alice German, Estelle Harmon and Patty Minella. Brother-in-law of Jane (the late Wally) Fasold.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loved ones on Monday, March 27, 2023 at the age of 79.

Marvin, affectionately known as “Chief Sheets,” was a Firefighter Paramedic with the Colerain Twp. Fire Dept. from 1984 – 2009 and retired as the Assistant Chief. He was also the departments Paramedic Program Director and was with USAR/Ohio Task Force 1.  “Little Louie” was a driver for Texaco Facility for 17 years; member of White Oak Christian Church and the Homebuilders Class; paramedic for the Ski Patrol at Perfect North Slopes; volunteer at Matthew 25 Ministries; member of the Fairfield Gun Club and Carson Masonic Lodge.  

Visitation will be held at White Oak Christian Church 3675 Blue Rock Rd., Cincinnati (45247) on Sunday, April 2, 2023 from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. and also at the church on Monday, April 3, 2023 from 12:00 P.M. until time of Funeral Service at 1:00 P.M.  Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Tunnel 2 Towers, Bayley Adult Day Center or Matthew 25 Ministries.

The Sheets family would like to ESPECIALLY THANK Cat, Cendi, Diane, Kia, Lisa, Renee, Sharon, Steve and Harmony Cares Hospice for their love and exceptional care. Also, many thanks to our loving friends, neighbors and relatives for being there for us through this journey.
