Mary Margaret (Donnelly) Luebering

Mary Margaret (Donnelly) Luebering, beloved wife, loving sister, devoted mother and grandmother, passed away on Sunday November 2, 2025, at Stoney Ridge Senior Living in Miamisburg, Ohio. 

Mary was born on May 11,1932, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of the late Thomas O. and Anna (Wambach) Donnelly.  She lived the majority of her life in Cincinnati and delighted in attending the area festivals and eating at hometown favorites, Skyline, LaRosa’s and Graeters with her family. She enjoyed nature and feeding the birds and squirrels in her backyard sanctuary. She had a childlike love for candy and gift shopping everywhere she went.

Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years, George W. Luebering; two sisters, Kay Weigand and Ann Huber; three brothers, Joseph Roth, Tom Donnelly, and Pat Donnelly. 

She is survived by her two daughters, Teresa (John) Buerkel and Dianne (Tad) Wertz; grandchildren, Bethany and Noah Buerkel and Dane and Nathan Wertz; two sisters Helen Borman and Gail Hallgath; two brothers Bill and Jerry Donnelly, and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12 PM on Monday November 17, 2025 in St. Vivian Catholic Church, 7600 Winton Road, Cincinnati with Fr. Henry Hoffman, Celebrant. Burial will follow in Arlington Memorial Gardens in Cincinnati.
