Peter Charles Oswald, age 89, passed away Friday, September 25, 2026. Beloved husband of 67 years of Margaret Ann (nee Reid). Loving father of Rick Oswald, Greg Oswald, Tim (Kim) Oswald, John Oswald, and Dan (Melissa) Oswald. Devoted grandpa of Brandon, Shawn, Jason, Megan, Kaitlyn, Shelby, Shaylen, Andrew, Adam, and Liam. Great grandpa of Shawn, Kayla, and Weston. Dear brother of the late Jim Oswald. 

Peter was a strict yet loving father who raised five boys and kept a tight ship. He was a devoted husband and a good provider, always making sure his family was cared for. Peter was a smart man with a sharp mind that remained with him throughout his life. His Catholic faith was an important part of who he was. He enjoyed watching daily Mass and faithfully recited the Rosary each day.

Alongside his beloved wife, Margaret, Peter enjoyed traveling and trying his luck at gambling. They especially loved traveling to Naples, Florida, and visiting their sons wherever they were stationed during their military service. Peter was a man of faith, family, and devotion. His love for Margaret, his five sons, and his family was at the heart of his life, and his memory will continue to live on in all those who knew and loved him. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 from 10am until time of blessing service at 11am at the Neidhard-Minges Fuenral Home, 3155 Harrison Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45211.
