Raymond Jerry Loveless of Urbana, OH, born on December 13, 1944, passed away on October 24, 2024. He was a devoted husband to Sheila Loveless, a loving father to Mark (Teresa) Hays, Timothy (Tina) Loveless, and Sherry (Mark) Diesburg, and a cherished grandfather to Nichole Smith, Jessica Johnson, Jacob Smith, Tyler Loveless, and Carly Loveless.
Raymond had a diverse career, serving as an Assembly Man at General Motors and as a dedicated Police Officer in Goshen. Additionally, he selflessly volunteered as a Firefighter for the Owensville Fire Department, demonstrating his commitment to serving his community.
A man of many interests, Raymond found joy in various activities including fishing, swimming, woodworking, and hosting barbeques for his friends and family. His leisurely pursuits included playing games on his Kindle, visiting casinos, and engaging with the Masonic Hoffner Lodge, the Shrine, and the Syrian Temple. He loved spoiling his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and enjoyed taking them on rides on his tractor. Raymond cherished a simple life.
Raymond was preceded in death by his parents Louis and Laura Loveless, brothers, Glen Loveless, Johnny Loveless, and Ralph Loveless, sisters, Christine Adams, and Josephine Campbell.

In honor of his life and legacy, visitation will take place on Friday, November 1, 2024 from 11:00am-12:00pm at the Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 2155 Compton Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231 (Follow the BLUE Line). A funeral service will follow at 12:00pm at the funeral home with Pastor Don Stowell officiating. Burial will take place at 1:00pm at the Arlington Memorial Gardens, 2145 Compton Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231.
