Sheila A. Dittly, age 75, of Forest Park, Ohio passed away on Monday, July 29, 2024. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on May 1, 1949 to Robert and Dorothy Lehart.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 53 years, John J. Dittly, Sr.; Father, Robert Lehart; Mother, Dorothy Lehart; Mother-in-law, Dorothy Enderle; Father-in-Law, Melvin “Mac” Enderle; Brothers-in-law, Kenneth Rudisell and Robert Rudisell; Sister-in-law, Geraldine Walters. Sheila is survived by her children; Son, John J. Dittly, Jr.; Daughter, Michele (William) Finan; Brother, Robert Lehart; Brother-in-law, James (Karen) Rudisell; Sister-in-law, Beverly H. Cox; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, neighbors, and friends.

Sheila loved helping others and often put them before herself. She was a hard worker and known for her kind heart. She found joy watching as many Cincinnati Reds and Bengals games as she could. She also enjoyed bowling for many years, until she was no longer able. She enjoyed visiting casinos all over the country. She had a special place in her heart for dogs, especially beagles. In the last few years, she faced significant health challenges and fought with true grace and courage until the end.

Funeral ceremony will be 12:00 pm on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 with a visitation from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at Spring Grove, Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. Entombment will immediately follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
