Obituary for Jameson Paul Roemer

Jameson Paul Roemer, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2025, at the age of 65. Born on March 14, 1959, in Cincinnati, Ohio, he spent his life residing in the warm embrace of Burlington, Kentucky.

Jameson, affectionately known as “Jamie,” was a dedicated portfolio manager at PNC Bank, where his analytical skills and commitment to excellence shone brightly. Though he took pride in his professional achievements, it was his family that held the highest place in his heart. He is survived by his loving wife, Roberta “Bobbi” Roemer, and three cherished children, Brian Roemer, Krystle (Russell) Lubon, and Kathryn Page. He was a proud grandfather to Abigail and Ridge Lubon, who brought him infinite joy and a playful spirit. Jamie is also survived by his brother, Doug (Rachel) Roemer.

He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Lucy Roemer, and son, Joseph Roemer.

Jamie’s life was characterized by his passion for sports, particularly his unwavering support for the Cincinnati Bengals and Xavier University Basketball. He found great pleasure in watching games, always cheering for his teams with infectious enthusiasm. Beyond sports, Jamie was a devoted pet lover and reveled in spending time with his five adorable Yorkshire Terriers, whose antics always kept him smiling.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, February 22nd, 2025 from 9:00-10:00am at the Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 2155 Compton Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231 (Follow the BLUE Line). A memorial service will follow at 10:00am with Pastor David Jackson officiating. Inurnment will take place at 11:00am at the Arlington Memorial Gardens, 2145 Compton Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231.
