Thank You for Making the 10th Annual Field of Memories Unforgettable

As the final flag is carefully folded and the echoes of reflection fade into summer, we pause with full hearts to say thank you for making Arlington’s 10th Annual Field of Memories a deeply moving and unforgettable Memorial Day Weekend.

This year, we welcomed over 15,000 guests who came to walk among the 1,000 flags—each one standing tall for a veteran, an active-duty service member, or a first responder who has served our country with courage and sacrifice.

Thank Your For Your Donations and Flag Dedications

Through your generous donations and flag dedications and Arlington’s matching contribution, we’re proud to share that we’ve raised enough to fund the purchase of two access ramps through our partners at Ramp It Up for Veterans—a gift of mobility and dignity for veterans in need. This $5,000 achievement is a testament to what the community can do when it comes together with a purpose.

Our Lunch with a Veteran event on Sunday was another highlight. More than 500 guests joined us to hear powerful stories, share a meal, and connect across generations. We’re grateful to every veteran who attended and all those who listened with open hearts.

None of this would be possible without our volunteers’ helping hands and compassionate spirits. This year, over 50 volunteers showed up to assemble flags, guide guests, serve meals, and lend their time to a cause greater than themselves. Your dedication is what makes this tradition thrive.
